Maxim Rehm from Blaubeuren sets the course for a successful career in motorsports. The up-and-coming racing driver will be supported by Infinity Sports Management in the future. The agency headed by Britons Gary Catt and Harry Soden looks after hopeful racing drivers and has already been responsible for the rise of some talented drivers all the way to Formula 1.
"I am delighted to have the opportunity to be mentored by Gary and Harry. Gary was a successful racing driver himself and has a lot of experience in motorsport. Both of them will accompany me with their management agency on my further way", the 15-year-old explains the future partnership.
Similar to Maxim, Gary Catt began his motorsport career in the Mini Kart class and went on to win the British championship four times, became Italian champion and, as a Tony Kart factory driver, took the runner-up title in the European and World Championships. Early on, he scouted Logan Sargeant, won the Junior Karting World Championship with him, and accompanied him until he moved up to Formula 1 as a Williams Racing driver.
The second man Harry Soden had his own karting team and promoted many hopeful talents in it. One of these was George Russell, for over ten years the two have worked together successfully and Harry looks after the British Formula 1 star as manager.
Maxim is concentrating fully on karting in 2023. After his successful move to the KZ2 shifter kart class, he will compete in the World and European Championships. In addition, he wants to fight for top positions in the German Shifter Kart Championship. "I feel very comfortable in the new class and had a lot of fun in the first two races. Until the start of the European Championship, I'm continuing to prepare meticulously and am very confident of being successful," says Maxim, looking ahead to the coming season.
